Blue Heaven spills a cool shower of cerulean over every edge it reaches. Masses of tiny 3/4-inch flowers ride on trailing stems, turning a hanging basket, window box, patio pot, or pathway border into a continuous ribbon of blue.
This weather-resistant lobelia grows only 6–7 inches high and flowers through changing conditions. It enjoys part shade, yet it also performs in sun where summers are moderate, making its graceful habit unusually adaptable.
