Visit your Rewards page, choose the destination store and voucher amount, then enter your code at that store’s checkout. Combining rewards with other discounts depends on both offers’ terms.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my points?
Points from eligible purchases appear as pending and are approved after 14 days. Sign in to your rewards account to view pending and available points.
Can I use rewards across both stores?
You can redeem points for available rewards designated for Annie’s Annuals or Grow Organic. Choose the store where you want to shop before claiming your voucher, then use the code at that store. Check your signed-in rewards account for available options and each reward’s terms.
Do my points expire?
Points are subject to a 12-month inactivity policy based on your last purchase. Sign in to your rewards account to check your points and available expiry information. Claimed vouchers have separate expiration dates; check each voucher’s terms before using it.
Can I use rewards with other discounts?
Rewards may be combined with other discounts when both offers permit it. Some promotions have exclusions. Check the terms of your reward and the other offer, and confirm the discounts shown at checkout before placing your order.
Where can I use my rewards?
Use your voucher on the website named on the reward: AnniesAnnuals.com or GrowOrganic.com. Check its terms for eligible products, expiration and any restrictions. For in-person purchases, ask our team to confirm whether your specific reward is supported before redeeming points.
What are the different Reward Tiers?
Our four reward tiers are Seed, Sprout, Sapling, and Orchard, earning 5, 6, 7, and 8 points per $1 on eligible purchases, respectively. Sign in to your rewards account to view your current tier, qualification requirements, and available benefits.
Are there any exclusions?
Gift-card purchases do not earn points. GROW Rewards cannot be combined with Commercial or special pricing. Reward vouchers do not apply to shipping charges. Other discounts may be combined only when both offers permit it. Check each reward’s terms for additional exclusions.
