How It Works
More Ways to Earn
Your earning rate increases as you move up reward tiers. Earn between 5–9 points per $1 spent depending on your tier.
Redeem Your Rewards
Turn your points into savings — 100 points = $1 off a future order.
Use the points slider at checkout — no code needed. Minimum 500 points to redeem, maximum $50 (5,000 points) per order.
Visit your Rewards page, choose a voucher amount, and enter the code at checkout. Remember: only one discount code can be used per order.
Rewards can be used at both Annie's Annuals and Grow Organic.

When will I receive my points?
Points appear as pending after your order and are approved after 14 days.
Can I use rewards across both stores?
Yes, eligible rewards can connect across Grow Organic and Annie's Annuals when you use the same email address. Some rewards are store-specific, so check the reward details before redeeming.
Do my points expire?
Yes, after 10 months unused points expire. You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks before the expiration date.
Can I use rewards with other discounts?
Only one discount may be applied per order.
Where can I use my rewards?
You can use your rewards at both Annie's Annuals and Grow Organic.
What are the different Reward Tiers?
🌱 Seed ($0–$100) — 5 pts/$1 | 🌿 Sprout ($100–$250) — 6 pts/$1 | 🌳 Sapling ($250–$500) — 7 pts/$1 + early sale notifications | 🌲🌲 Orchard ($500+) — 9 pts/$1 + early sale notifications.
Are there any exclusions?
Gift card purchases do not earn points. Commercial customers or those with special pricing cannot stack GROW Rewards. Only one discount code per order. Points and vouchers are not applicable to shipping charges.
How do I redeem my points?
100 points = $1 off. You need a minimum of 500 points to redeem. Use the slider at checkout (no code needed, max $50 per order) or visit your Rewards page to generate a voucher code to enter at checkout.
