Fresh, frilly, and fabulous for cutting, Scabiosa caucasica ‘Perfecta Alba’ brings large 3" white pincushion flowers to the garden on long, elegant stems. This cottage garden perennial blooms from spring through fall with deadheading, keeping borders, bouquets, and pollinator plantings bright for months.

Also known as white pincushion flower, ‘Perfecta Alba’ is a beautiful choice for cutting gardens, perennial borders, romantic cottage beds, and pollinator gardens. When given room to grow, plants can produce 10–20 blooms at a time, attracting butterflies and bees while adding soft, luminous color among salvias, yarrow, roses, delphiniums, grasses, and pastel annuals. The long stems make it especially useful for fresh flower arrangements.

Plant Scabiosa caucasica ‘Perfecta Alba’ in full sun with rich, well-drained soil. Side-dress with compost in spring and again in mid-summer for the best bloom show.
