Description
Warm, glowing, and wonderfully productive, Echinacea ‘Rainbow Marcella’ is a coneflower that brings soft sunset color and reliable perennial performance to the garden. Large, nearly 4" blooms open in heart-melting shades of orange, coral, peach, and raspberry, then gently shift as they age, creating a multicolored display on one very floriferous plant.
Also known as Rainbow Marcella Coneflower, this heavy-blooming perennial is beautiful in cottage gardens, pollinator borders, cutting gardens, and sunny mixed beds. The sturdy flowers attract bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects, while the warm tones pair beautifully with salvias, yarrow, grasses, lavender, rudbeckia, and other summer perennials. It also makes a cheerful, long-lasting cut flower for fresh bouquets.
Plant Echinacea ‘Rainbow Marcella’ in full sun with well-drained soil and regular water while establishing. Once settled, it is easy, durable, and wonderfully rewarding. Deadhead for continued bloom, or leave some seed heads for seasonal interest. Explore more long-blooming garden stars in our Best Selling Perennials & Biennials collection.
