Description
Compact, colorful, and wildly popular with pollinators, Buddleja davidii ‘Hot Raspberry’ brings vivid fuchsia-pink flower power to smaller garden spaces. Part of the Buzz series of compact butterfly bushes, it produces sweetly scented, arching flower cones up to 10" long from early summer into late fall, creating a long season of nectar-rich color.
Also known as Hot Raspberry Butterfly Bush, this shrub grows only about 3' to 5' tall, making it a fabulous choice for sunny borders, pollinator gardens, cottage plantings, large containers, and compact landscapes. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds flock to the bright blooms, while gardeners love its manageable size, easy care, and showy raspberry color.
Plant Buddleja davidii ‘Hot Raspberry’ in full sun with well-drained soil. Water regularly while establishing, then enjoy a tough, floriferous shrub that asks for very little.
