Dense, tidy, and beautifully behaved, ‘Blue Springs’ Foothill Penstemon typically reaches about 6–12" tall, with a compact habit that makes it perfect for dry gardens, borders, slopes, rock gardens, and containers. It may be modest in size, but it is absolutely not a shy bloomer. Hummingbirds and butterflies love the nectar-rich flowers, while gardeners love its long-lived, low-fuss nature once established.
