Also known as avens, Geum ‘Coral Tempest’ flowers from spring into summer, with blooms held on dramatically long stems above a lush mound of dark green, scalloped leaves about 18" tall. It is exceptional in cottage gardens, cutting gardens, perennial borders, containers, and loose drifts with yarrow, snapdragons, penstemons, salvias, and ornamental grasses.
