Exceptionally easy to grow, just provide rich, loamy soil and regular water for a happy plant. A generous layer of mulch will help keep it from drying out and reduce water usage. Fruits should be harvested regularly when they reach 2-4” for best flavor. They can be steamed, roasted, stuffed, baked, fried, spiralized – anything you can do to a zucchini you can do to these guys.
