Native to only 3 locations at 7,000' in New Mexico, this prettiest of "Figworts" can grow to 3' tall and 18" across with loose upright flower spikes appearing in Summer well above rich green serrated foliage. Though the internet tells us that it’s drought loving once established, ours has happily bloomed for 3 years straight in our well-drained, fertile, regularly watered demo garden – go figure!
