Geranium maderense ‘Alba’

Geranium maderense ‘Alba’

A stunning & dramatic giant of a Geranium & always a jaw-dropper when in bloom! This is the super-duper, extremely rare & hard to come by white form. The first year, the plant makes a dramatic display of, many lobed leaves, spiky & very tropical. Eventually, these strong stemmed leaves all angle themselves downward to support the giant globe of luminescent flowers on furry stems that arise from the center. When in full bloom, it resembles the form of a sea creature from the deep. A very surreal site in the garden & happy in shade or part sun in most kinds of soil. If pleased with its location, it will fling seeds merrily all over your garden before passing away. The white form should be extra glowy & dramatic. Very, very exciting! To 5’ x 5’.
