A grand landscaping “Hogweed” (non-stinging) with huge, dense umbels of pink flowers on stout stalks. Grows 5’-8’ tall and 4’ wide with attractive, lush, green and widely pinnate leaves. Flowers form on sturdy stalks above the foliage - lilac in bud, they open near-white creating a beautiful range of tints all at once. This rarity from Madeira is extremely easy to grow, makes GORGEOUS cut flowers, and is a wonderful food source for butterflies! The name “Black Parsley” refers to its black seed heads.
