An absolutely great foliage plant for the garden. Easy, drought tolerant & not fussy about soil, “Horned Poppy” makes a mound of unusual, deeply cut, curly kind of silvery-gray foliage that provides nice contrast in the garden. In late Spring thru Summer, it bears branching stems of shiny, bright orange, yellow-centered, single poppy flowers followed by really long seed pods (up to 1’!). I’ve had a “Horned Poppy” in my garden for 3 years & I’ve never had to cut it back or fertilize it, it just always looks good. To 18" high & wide.
