There is no such thing as too much of a good thing when it comes to this intoxicatingly fragrant double candy-pink freesia! Come spring, 1.5” double flowers populate 15” high arching bloom stalks, filling the air with their heady perfume. Easy to grow and a bulb that readily naturalizes in a sunny garden bed, this freesia is the perfect way to add dreamy pink tones and heady fragrance to your garden. Easily grown in a pot too. Flowers attract a variety of pollinators, including bees and hummers. Combines well with Ixias and Sparaxis, two other spring blooming bulbs that also easily naturalize. Or contrast with yellow blooming daffodils. Makes a nice cut flower too. This freesia isn't fussy about soil and doesn't need a lot of water. Generally left alone by deer.
