Nemesia
‘Honey Bicolor Orange Flame’

This strikingly beautiful, SCENTED, bicolored nemesia is the perfect choice for adding color to any container, hanging basket or sunny garden spot. It sports blackish-violet inner petals and butter yellow outer petals, each with an orange eye. Nemesias are abundant bloomers, something that will delight the bees and butterflies in your garden. A compact 12-14” tall and wide, this short-lived, fragrant perennial has a spilling habit, making it perfect for a hanging basket or for cascading over a short bedding wall. It begins blooming in spring and continues throughout the summer. Easy to care for, just a little deadheading prolongs its bloom season. The dark center on the 1.5” nemesia flowers adds an eye-catching contrast, not just to the outer petals but to other lighter flowers nearby. This nemesia can even be used as a colorful border or massed for an extravagant show of color. Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in coastal sun or part sun inland. Stays evergreen in zones 10 and higher.
