“Silver Tussock Grass”
Poa Cita Silver Tussuck Grass

An exceptionally drought tolerant, low-maintenance grass with unbeatable texture! Forming a dense clump 2.5’ high and 2’ wide of incredibly thin, hair-like leaves that emerge bright green before fading to a shimmery fawn color. In Summer, it produces flower stalks with loose, bronzy inflorescence that add even more shine and texture. Very pretty planted in groupings. It’s tolerant of drought, wind, and a variety of soil conditions– so long as it’s not hardpan clay. Comb out old leaves once a year to refresh. Native to New Zealand.
