Spikes of large, 2-3” long tubular foxglove flowers, the color of crushed strawberries, are borne on 3-4' spires in late Spring and Summer on this vigorous, clumping perennial, so you can keep your foxgloves blooming thru Summer! D. mertonensis is a cross between D. purpurea and D. grandiflora, self-sows, and comes true from seed. To 3-4' high & 1-2' wide.
