A magical way to enhance your rock walls, this hardy CA and OR native bursts into a bowl full of the prettiest 1” pristine white blooms in late Spring and with some water will repeat bloom several times during the Summer. When not in bloom, the evergreen succulent foliage makes an attractive tight low rosette of spatulate leaves. Most happy with excellent drainage, so tuck it into those rocks or enjoy them in a succulent garden. Or be like me and treat them as pets in clay pots where you can ogle them close up. Fertilize once a year. To 5” tall and wide. Self-sows. Drought tolerant and very deer resistant!
