"Yellow Horned Poppy"

One of the most distinctive species of the Poppy family. Showy, deeply lobed, blue-grey leaves form a rosette. It bears 2", bright yellow, upright flowers on branched stems up to 3' tall, followed by seed pods up to 1' long! 12"-36" tall, 18" spread. LOVES POOR TO MODERATELY FERTILE, well-drained soil.
