Dianthus amurensis
'Siberian Blues'

A hard to find species from Siberia, this one is the closest to a blue color a Dianthus can get. Loads of beautiful, fringed, lavender-blue blooms appear spring thru fall on a 12" tall, rounded, well branched plant. Finely textured foliage. Likes good drainage so it would be especially good in a rock garden or container.
