“Red Horned Poppy”
Bright red poppies in Summer! This eye-catching Summer poppy loves poor to moderately fertile well drained soil and full sun. It forms a rosette of finely lobed, silvery-gray-green foliage 12” tall to 16” wide. The 2” cup shaped flowers are a silky bright red, unusually with a black spot at the base of each petal (like the “Lady Bird Poppy”) and are produced freely early Summer to Fall. Re-seeds!
