A very graceful South African cape species bearing scented, pale blue flowers speckled with many purple dots on the lower petals. The narrow leaves are often rolled inward, giving a cylindrical appearance. It’s an early bloomer and among the easiest species Gladiolus to maintain. We grow ours in good potting soil with some sand mixed in. They must have a rest period after flowering, which means NO SUMMER WATERING. To 12-16" high.
