Cyclamen coum
Sweet & petite! Tough, too. Winter is the traditional time for this species Cyclamen to put on its show. Tiny nodding flowers in white, pinks & purples hover over green & (often) silver mottled leaves at ground level. Perfect paired with Hellebores in areas that are bare in the winter, as during the Summer, the plants may go completely deciduous. Try not to bury the tuberous roots too far beneath the soil surface. Within reason, this plant will thrive in dry shade. Reseeds where happy. From Western Asia. Rich, well drained soil, please.
