Babiana vanzijliae

A beautiful & very rare Babiana! 2” yellow blooms will thrill you in March & April. To 5” tall & clump forming with attractive, hairy, velvety, fan-shaped foliage. Babianas are a cinch to grow in all zones of California & are wonderful along the edge of a path, a border or fence. Good in containers too! You can let them go dry in summer & just cut back the foliage as it goes dormant. They’ll bounce right back with the rains to increase & bloom more profusely each year. Yay!
