| Euryops speciosissimus
A very unusual & rare Euryops that was given to us by Brian Kemble from the Ruth Bancroft Garden. Native to South Africa, this Euryops has a much different look to it than the common “Yellow Bush Daisy” you see around. This one actually develops thick branches that look quite trunk-like with the airy, needle-like foliage forming a poof at the top. The large 2” golden-yellow flowers are quite lovely as they bloom on long stems that rise above the foliage. Blooming in the Winter, perfect for bringing a little sunshine into your garden then. In fact, the name speciosissimus means “very spectacular”. And this Euryops certainly is. The flowers attract beneficial insects too. Grows 3-6’ tall& wide. Best with good drainage. Kelly Kilpatrick
