Saucy Cypella! Intricate & glowing gold, the glorious blooms of this Peruvian bulb enchant me every time Summer comes around! Each flower is ephemeral, lasting only part of a day, but if you nip the seed pods, the bloom season can extend for months. Requiring Summer water, this bulb is Winter dormant & likes a slightly drier rest, so if they’re in the ground, provide some extra drainage, or just simplify things by planting them in a pot. Grows from 1-2’ in height, & narrow, with interesting pleated leaves.
