Kniphofia linearifolia

Kniphofia linearifolia

Super showy, this Kniphofia is an eye catcher, with flower heads on 7’ tall spikes. The flowers begin orange, fade to tangerine & then to yellow. Forms a substantial clump about 5’ wide & 6’ tall of bright green strap-like foliage. Tidy up spent bloom spikes for best appearance. Hummingbirds will fight over this one. The flowers are also good cut for use in a vase. From South Africa.
