So easy, so reliable & so cheerful! Geum chiloense ‘Lady Stratheden’ is also so valuable for its long bloom season, beginning in late Spring & continuing until late Summer (if deadheaded). The semi-double, “rose” like, bright yellow blooms are held upright on branching stems above pretty, kidney shaped leaves. Evergreen in mild climates like ours. Does well in average soil, even better in rich soil. Excellent in containers too (at least 12” across). To 24" high & wide.
