A delicious, runnerless, alpine strawberry that lights up the garden with its lime green-gold foliage. Makes an excellent contrast plant that stays neat & compact & looks good with almost anything. Excellent as edging & cute in pots, ‘Golden Alexandria’ bears bright red, roundish fruits from Summer till Fall and its flavor is sweeter than normal alpine strawberries. Rich soil is best, fertilize or give it compost once a year.
