"Hollyhock"
Alcea ‘Fiesta’
Wow! The ultimate “Granny Hollyhock!” Super-doubly, fringed,
bright pink & white bi-colored flowers are outrageous & 4-5”
across. It has “fig” type leaves & acts perennial like
the perennial fig-leaved hollyhock - Alcea ficifolia. It’s base
branching (again like A. ficifolia) with 5-10 stems rising from the base
& tops out at 5’ tall. Found in a garden in
Costa Rica by Don Marinson. Reseeds!
