Linum grandiflorum
'Blue Dress'

I was surprised to find out that there was a blue Linum grandiflorum (commonly known as “Scarlet Flax” or “Ruby Flax” & often found in wildflower seed mixes). This blue form grows to 20” tall & forms a bushy annual bearing a mass of delicate, true blue, single flowers over a long season. Sways nicely in the breeze & makes a nice cut flower, too, so there you go! Rich soil is best. Reseeds!
