Teucrium

“Felty Germander”
Native to much of the Mediterranean & Middle East, this lovely sub-shrub
forms a dense, spreading, drought loving mound of wooly looking, narrow
foliage. The flowers are small (variable pink to white) & in clusters
& not that exciting - though bees love them - but it is an excellent
choice for a dry or rock garden & delightfully worth growing for its
beautiful foliage. Long used medicinally as a steam bath for stomach troubles,
colds & fevers. Well-drained soil.
