"Dark Mullein"

This is a very attractive perennial Mullein, bearing from early summer into autumn, slim spikes up to 18 inches long of yellow 5-lobed flowers with contrasting purple centers. Oblong green leaves at the base are downy.
DROUGHT TOLERANT when established, but it looks better with some water & fertilizer.
