“Fringe Cups”
A choice California native shade plant, “Fringe Cups” combines wonderfully with ferns. The creeping rootstock sends up leafstalks to 8” long set with maple-like, softly hairy leaves, forming clumps. Where Winters are mild it’s evergreen. Small, urn-shaped, Spring flowers with tiny, fringed tips open green & age to deep red & are attractively arranged along slender stems to 30” tall. Very useful on the northside of a house, under Redwoods, Oak trees & in woodland gardens. Good composty soil is best.
