I don’t expect that ‘Confetti’ will turn the tide for the Cilantro hating extremists out there, but many of us (and I suspect we have the easy majority) know Cilantro is an absolutely essential part of cooking. Mexican food without Cilantro? BAD IDEA. Indian food without Cilantro? BAD IDEA. Frankly, I think most savory foods benefit from the addition of Cilantro, but I am a rabid Cilantro enthusiast. ‘Confetti’ is a feathery leaved & slow bolting Cilantro with mild but delicious flavor. The feathery leaves make for easy chopping. Cilantro grows best in the cool season, but if you plant a few consecutive crops during the warmer months you can keep it going through the year. Space 4-6” & plant in rich soil.
