Watsonias are so beautiful & so dependable! If you don't have any in your garden yet, this one is a sweet one to have. Down-turned tubular flowers in shades of red, melon & pink are borne in rows along 3’ spikes, above 1’ tall sword-like leaves in late Spring. Very tolerant of clay & drought, attractive to hummingbirds & a lovely cut flower, too - what's not to like?? This South African gem is dormant in Summer & emerges again with the Winter rains.
