Streptosolen jamesonii

Here's a beautiful shrub you hardly see around anymore. The loose clusters of brilliant orange flowers (1" across) are gorgeous and cover the plant from April thru October. The shrub is evergreen and striking in any position, especially spilling over walls and lining garden stairs. It is somewhat frost tender though, and needs a protected position outside Zone 17 (or cut back before cold weather). 4'- 6' tall and wide.
