Salvia roemeriana
“Cedar Sage”
Quite a wonderful and easy to grow Sage from the Texas hill country. Growing 12” tall and wide, it makes a short rosette of attractive, scalloped, heart-shaped leaves and bears numerous stalks of true red, 1”, tubular flowers Spring through Fall. HARDY to 0° & re-seeds a little. It’s said to need some protection from deer.
