Campanula
latifolia
‘Brantwood’
“Greater Bellflower”
One of the best forms of this tough & rewarding cottage garden
perennial. Selected for its lustrous, deepest purple, outward facing
bells, it’s also a good repeat bloomer if cut back after its first
flowering. The elegant flowers are borne on many stout, upright spikes
to 3’ tall above pale green, heart shaped leaves & make excellent
cut flowers. Rich soil is best. Long lived & may reseed.
