Campanula
carpatica
‘Silver Shells’
One
of the easiest and probably the longest blooming species of Campanula.
Variety ‘Silver Shells’ has the largest flowers -
1.5,” pure white & cup-shaped, freely borne at the ends
of each stem. It’s a compact, bushy plant growing at most
to 9” tall and 15” wide. Usual bloom time is June
thru September. Cutting back easily promotes a second full flush
of flowers. Excellent as edging, front of bed, containers, rock
gardens or as a companion to roses. For well drained soil.
