Fuchsia boliviana 'Alba'

Considered by many to be the most beautiful shrub Fuchsia, Fuchsia boliviana 'Alba' is fast growing to 5' tall and 3' wide and has lovely, large, and velvety, silver-green leaves. Long white tubes and bright scarlet petals hang in clusters and are followed by pleasantly flavored black fruits. A wonderful and exotic looking focal point in a shade garden. Give it lots of room, rich soil, avg. to high water and bright shade. Cut back fairly hard after blooming is finished in late Summer and it will resprout fresh growth within a month.
