Dianthus gratianopolitanus "Cheddar Pinks"

Dianthus gratianopolitanus "Cheddar Pinks"

This is one of the most deliciously scented of the pinks with its rich and spicy fragrance. It is also one of the toughest - it won't disappear after Winter, and it will spread to make a nice, dense groundcover, 6" tall and 1 ½/2' spread. It blooms all year around in my yard and profusely in the Spring. It will grow in heavy soil (clay) too. Excellent as edging or in a container.
