To view all plants currently available select "This Week's Availability." We update our availability list weekly as our inventory changes quite rapidly. You can also browse our currently available plants by category (Cal Natives, Poppies, Succulents, Shrubs, etc).

Please note: Due to varying growing cycles, our entire plant catalog is not available year round. If you'd like to browse the complete list, you can add any unavailable plant to a WISH LIST. You will be notified by email as soon as the plants on your list become available for sale.

How To Order

Place your order 24/7 at www.anniesannuals.com and receive an order confirmation by email, or call toll-free 1-888-266-4370, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM PT. We accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discover; we no longer accept checks. We cannot accept orders for items that are unavailable at the time of ordering but you are welcome to add unavailable items to a WISH LIST. You will be notified by email as soon as the plants on your list become available for sale. Please review your order carefully prior to submitting as no changes can be made after you place your order.

A Word About Zones

We want you to be happy! We want you to be thrilled with our plants! So please make sure you do your research on whether a plant will grow in your area and climate zone and the best time to receive them. We ship plants year-round, anywhere in the continental US unless restricted by law (see current agriculture restrictions). Therefore, it is up to you, dear gardener, to make sure that the plants you choose are appropriate to your USDA climate zone and to choose a ship date when you are ready to receive and plant them. California orders will be delivered one (1) day after your requested ship date. All other states are delivered within two (2) days of your requested ship date. If you have a greenhouse, please keep in mind that plants can be damaged by extreme heat or cold in transit. If you are unsure about your growing zone, look up your zone by zip-code HERE.

Backorders

If an item on an existing order becomes temporarily unavailable, it will be placed on backorder for up to 30 days from original requested ship date. Unfulfilled backorders will be canceled at 30 days.

Shipping

At Annie's, we take pride in growing our plants on-site, year around. We ship plants year-round, anywhere in the continental US unless restricted by law (see current agriculture restrictions). Therefore, it is up to you, dear gardener, to make sure that the plants you choose are appropriate to your USDA climate zone and to choose a ship date when you are ready to receive and plant them. To better fulfill your order, we must ship within two weeks of your original order date. California orders will be delivered one (1) day after your requested ship date. All other states are delivered within two (2) days of your requested ship date. We do not ship over weekends. This ensures that your plants arrive in excellent, disappointment-free condition. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or outside the continental US. CA orders ship Mon-Thurs; FL* orders ship Tues due to a mandatory U.S. Agriculture inspection, and all other states ship Mon-Wed. Non-plant items may ship separately via ground transit. If you have a greenhouse, please keep in mind that plants can be damaged by extreme heat or cold in transit.

About our Plants

We grow all plants on site from seed or our own cuttings, right here next to the San Francisco Bay. We do not use genetically modified or engineered seeds and we do not spray our plants with growth hormones to extend shelf life. Although we are not certified organic, we have worked to research and implement the least toxic, organic or naturally occurring alternatives to manage pests and fungus. We have adopted a "bee friendly" program and do not use any Neonicotinoids associated with colony collapse disorder. We report to and are inspected by our county agricultural department weekly and are in accordance with all of their rigorous guidelines.

How Our Plants Arrive at Your Door

Our plants are grown right out in the sun, wind, and rain, so they are strong and hardened off when you receive them. We offer plants in a nice, fat, standard 4" pot size only. To retain moisture and reduce shipping costs, we remove some of the soil and wrap the root ball in moist material inside a glassine bag. The plants are then placed back in their 4" pots and secured in custom made cardboard inserts. And every once in a while we throw in an extra surprise!

In Case of Damage to a Box:

PLEASE DON'T REFUSE DELIVERY. Open the box immediately to determine if there is any damage to the plants. If plants arrive damaged, please call us within 48 HOURS OF ARRIVAL. Usually, plants are flexible enough to sustain the blows. If there is some damage, please give the plant a chance to recover. There is a tremendous amount of energy stored in a bountiful root system and most plant recover immediately. If there is considerable damage, just let us know immediately and we'll be glad to take whatever steps necessary to make it right.

Refund Policy:

Refund Policy: We want you to be successful with our plants and we strive to grow healthy plants that will thrive with your care under the conditions set forth in our plant descriptions. We will gladly issue a store credit or refund for the original purchase price of plants if they arrive damaged or fail to thrive within 30 days of receipt. Please report damaged plants and merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Plant loss due to severe weather, neglect, incompatible zones or animals must be your responsibility. We cannot be responsible for more than the purchase price of the plants and plants may be replaced once.

Returned merchandise:

A store credit or refund will be issued for the original purchase price within 30 days of receiving plants or merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition and returned at your expense.
