With broad, low-lying rosettes of muted grey and beautifully arching racemes of coral pink flowers, this Echeveria species from Mexico makes a desirable monochromatic accent to the succulent garden and a wonderful addition to any Echeveria collection! Each individual rosette grows up to 8” wide and less than 4” tall – this selection seems to be particularly prone to growing low and wide. In Summer, 10” blooming stems emerge, cloaked in grey leaves. Striking in pots or at the edge of beds, this species does create offsets, but doesn’t do so prolifically. It will appreciate a well drained soil, especially if you are trying to grow it outside of its hardiness range.
